Rabo Construct
The Project
Rabo Construct is a major project franchise in Manukau/East Tamaki. This involves 1,600 houses per year focused in the Manukau and Central Auckland areas. This part of the project involved two sites in Glen Innes, Auckland.

Our Work
Affordable Group partnered with Rabo Construct from the beginning of this project and were tasked with providing scaffolding, netting and propping for the entire project. As with many projects, communication was key and a thorough understanding of the commercial realities. Any issues were resolved quickly and the Franchise Owner felt our guys were always happy and professional on the job. As a result of a team approach the project was completed ahead of schedule – despite Covid Level 4 halting all work on the project and Level 3 further restrictions.
AG also completed an afternoon of harness training “Full Arrest” for all workers on the site to ensure best practise of all workers.
One challenge of this project was the close proximity of the houses which required double width scaffolding in between to make it workable for bricklayers and builders.
