Consult and Tender

• Scope up the project in collaboration with the client team
• Consultation process which incorporates all requirements
• Submission of a detailed fee proposal with all listed inclusions

Plan

• QSE Submissions (Insurances, WHS Plan & Policy, High Risk Work Method Statements)
• Procure external consultants if required
• Scaffold plan drawings and engineering details approved
• Thorough Risk Management checklists

Project Implementation

• Dedicated Project Manager assigned to the project
• Consultation and walk around onsite with main contractor
• Scaffold base out commences
• Access Stair locations
• Ensure Scaffold gives complete edge protection
• Handover certificates issued upon completion of every top-up
• Qualified and competent Scaffolders, Shrink Wrappers, Leading Hands and Project Manager guiding the site works

Maintenance and Management

• Safety inspections and scaffold tags updated every 7 days
• Tie relocations
• General house keeping

Project Dismantle

• Removal of sundry items such as shrink wrap and shade cloth
• Ensure no damage occurs to the structure
• Commence dismantle of scaffold
• Scaffold dismantled and removed from site
